I have been eating LCHF for 3 years but was starting to gain a few pounds so I wanted to look at the menu plan to see if I could tweak my menu to help me. At the same time I am a member of your site (kinda addicted! Lol) and have been studying IF & have been doing a 16:8 and have lost those extra pounds I had gained in about 2-3 weeks! I think this gal is gonna not be eating breakfast anymore! That is so simple for me! Also I realize now, after looking at your site that I wasn’t eating enough fat & the “carb creep” had accidentally snuck in!
Thank you for your site! It has made a huge difference in my life but most importantly my husband’s who WAS T2D 3 years ago but we reversed it with going against his drs & eating LCHF. I appreciate all the recipes that you provide to help me give variety to our menus–it helps us to keep going, doing the right thing for him!

I really liked the challenge, and found that the fat and protein kept hunger at bay. I messed up towards the end due to a business trip. I feel like I should start over.I am a female, 50 years old with about 20 lbs (10 kg) to lose. I lost 2 lbs (1 kg) in the first week and a half. Then seemed to stall. I know it takes time, so I’ll restart.
Great program. Thanks!
Sarah
I appreciate so much the assistance and care that you and Dr. Fung have helped me to overcome these multiple health problem of mine.
I On July 5th My weight was 168.4 lbs (76 kg). On July 20th I weighed 163.6 (74 kg) and on July 25th I am 162.4 (73 kg). I have only eaten at dinnertime skipping breakfast and lunch. On July 6th my blood sugar read 9.2 and gradually went down to 7.1. I seem to have since climbed up to 9.4. I am wondering if I should do intermittent fasting for 36 hours at a time to show a much better improvement. My body is very reluctant to continue to show a lower weight. My age is 79 and I will be 80 November 8th. I have been suffering Gout on my right index finger and my doctor has me on 100 MG of Allopurinol and suggests I should start to consider 200 Mg. I am taking 2 Metformin each morning. I have been resisting the 4 or 5 she suggests. I have been diabetic for 6 years now in Type 2.
Your chicken pesto recipe is superb. Thank you very much for it. I intend to also try some of your other recipes as well but I have made the Pesto chicken frequently as my favourite chicken thus far.
I appreciate so much the assistance and care that you and Dr. Fung have helped me to overcome these multiple health problem of mine.
Gratefully,
Rosalind
