Update: Now 70 Pounds Lost!

Mary sent us this great update to her earlier success story. She has now lost 30 more pounds (14 kg) and has some new insights to share:

The Email

Hi again from Nova Scotia, Dr. Andreas!

Guess what? Can you please change my weight from 40 lbs (18 kg) lost to now 70 lbs (32 kg) lost? Yes. Yes indeed. That’s a new category on the women’s page, right? Haha!!

I don’t mind if you keep my story up or if you wish to take it down (it is in your over 40 for women under Mary), please add these pictures instead and simply put the new weight. My highest weight after my fourth pregnancy was 245 lbs (111 kg) (you can say that, I don’t mind). My new low is 175 lbs (79 kg). I am 5 foot 6 (168 cm).

Thank you and I sincerely appreciate you updating my information! I truly wish to help women with any resistant weight-loss issues and my story with combining a ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting is a great testament to doing both, doing what is necessary to help heal the metabolism.
