I joined the Diet Doctor team at the end of 2016 and since then, most likely you will find me either behind a camera or a computer screen, trying to make low carb as simple as possible!
I come from Greece and I used to carry a high-carb high-fat food culture with me – of course with all the consequences that comes with it. But I was recently introduced to the low-carb world and the concept of intermittent fasting and day by day I am becoming a healthier, lighter and happier person.
A typical day starts with making breakfast for my family (partner and son), while a cup of black coffee is enough for me to get me going. As my constant hunger is gone, I usually skip lunch and when back home, I have the pleasure of cooking a mouth-watering meal for three. On weekends, cooking and eating becomes more of a family activity and in the evenings, we are enjoying beautiful dishes and low-carb wine with friends.
