Only 23% of Americans Think the High-Carb Dietary Guidelines Are Healthy

Only 23% of the American population think that the official high-carb dietary guidelines are healthy.

Those other 77% would be right, at least if they have lifestyle-related diseases such as obesity or type 2 diabetes.

Maybe the government should consider this to be a sign that it is high time to change the outdated advice?
