Helen has been eating low carb and doing intermittent fasting for nine months. She sent in a success story a few months after her lifestyle change, but apparently she’s had even more success since then:

Hello Dr. Andreas!

I have given you my success story in the past and I just wanted to give you an update it is almost a year later since starting my low-carb high-fat and intermittent-fasting lifestyle. I started in March, so I guess you could say I’m nine months in. I have lost 60 pounds (27 kg) and went from a size 16 to a size 4.

Lost the weight so quickly that I had a mommy makeover in October and I look and feel terrific. My husband says I look better than I did even after I’ve been out of boot camp when I was 20 years old, LOL. I’m 46 years old but feel like I’m 26.

I love to run now because I have so much energy.
I work out with a trainer to build muscle tone to keep strong as I age. I love to run now because I have so much energy. Your website has saved my life and my sanity! Thank you so much for what you do and for getting the word out and spreading it like wildfire.
