What best describes you on low carb? We asked our members and got over 2,300 replies. Here are the results:


As you can see, more than six in ten members are achieving their goals on low carb, and four in ten members feel low carb is easy.

However, two in ten members are not achieving their goals. That’s not OK. Here are some things that might help:
