There’s no way to outrun a bad diet – at least not when it comes to losing weight. The only way to lose weight is to change what we eat.

If you need to eat less in order to cure obesity, then you should also eat more fat in order to be able to eat less:

It’s great to see that more and more medical professionals are starting to recognize that “eat less, run more” doesn’t work unless there is a way to reduce hunger and cravings. By eating more fat you increase satiation and avoid eating some of the high-carb foods that stimulate insulin (the fat-storing hormone).

It’s the smart way to treat obesity.
