“Eating all that fat and cholesterol will clog your arteries and give you heart disease!” Well, it’s not that simple. In this presentation from the Low Carb USA conference, Dr. Jonny Bowden takes on the great cholesterol myth.

Dr. Bowden — a former professional pianist and conductor — earned six certifications in personal training and fitness, has a Masters degree in psychology, a PhD in holistic nutrition, and is board certified by the American College of Nutrition. He’s been seen on most major television networks, including the shows Dr. Oz and The Doctors. He’s the best-selling author of 15 books, including “The Great Cholesterol Myth“.

He’s also a very engaging speaker, and this talk is a good one. What is the great cholesterol myth? Dr. Bowden explains it well here.
