What could happen if you were to take it? Here’s feedback from this week. Note that due to an earlier glitch that stopped people from signing up – fixed now – there were fewer completers than usual this week:
Hi Dr Andreas,
I love the low-carb diet, I lost 2kg in 7 days. I’m not a big cheese eater, so I kinda of got tired of eating some of the meal with cheese, I would some times swap the meals around for instance I would swap monday meal with Tuesday. The only thing I failed is I ate at least one cup of cashews today. I was not hungry at all, I saw them there and they are my favourite nuts, so i needed to have some, I’m not happy with myself for doing that.
Anyway I am still sticking to the 2wks challenge. Just so you know as part of this challenge, I am only consuming one meal a day. I’ve never eaten breakfast and lunch, I only ate supper. But I would never loose weight. But now I’ve lost 2kg since I’ve started and I’m not feeling hungry to eat any starchy food or sweets, like bread, fruits etc. Even, though I gave in for the cashew nuts
Would exercise fast track weight lost on low carb diet? [Yes, it can help. /Andreas]
By the way I’m still taking my vitamin C’s, B vitamins and Magnesium. Magnesium has very low lactose in it, would that affect my low carb challenge? [Probably not. /Andreas] because, I really want to stick to no sugar.
I loved it.
I showed a weight loss of 10 pounds in two weeks. Most of the recipes are really good. A couple of them seem to be a little off on ingredient amounts. If you wish for specific feedback my wife can let you know.
We are beginning week five, I’ve lost 15 pounds so far and plan to lose 40. Have yet to try bone broth, but have been drinking regular broth for sodium increase. On the first week, the broth would help, I would feel light-headed, drink a cup of broth, then nap like a baby.
Your site is wonderful, and I enjoy the videos. Keep up the great work.
