Blueberry Smoothie

A great smoothie with coconut milk and a flavor of blueberries. Handy when out and about. Make a large batch the night before so the entire family can enjoy it for breakfast or brunch. NOTE that this is a liberal low-carb recipe with 10 grams of carbs per serving.
