A great smoothie with coconut milk and a flavor of strawberries. Handy when out and about. Make a large batch the night before so the entire family can enjoy it for breakfast or brunch. Note that this is a liberal low-carb recipe with 11 grams of carbs per serving, so it suits people who are not too carb sensitive.
