After the weight had slowly crept up on him through the years, Tom decided to do something about it. Nine months later he’s lost 76 pounds (35 kilos) with no exercise. Here’s how he did it.

After decades of weight creeping up I decided I had to do something different, clearly what I was doing was not going in the right direction.
At 65 years old, 6-2 and 295 lbs. (134 kg) I was ready to enter a medical weight program. The wife convinced me not to go that route, and we both started with Personal Trainer Food. We liked the food, and had quick weight loss in the first 2 weeks. That success provided the motivation to do more. As I researched nutrition (for the first time in my life) I learned of ketosis.
Within that first two weeks I found your video “The Food Revolution 2011” [newer version]. I was ready to receive the message, your video made absolute sense to me, and I immediately adapted the Personal Trainer Food to be a ketogenic diet (which was very easy to do).
After 4 months on LCHF I had my regular doctor visit. He reduced my BP meds, and for the first time in decades my lipids came in all normal, except HDL which improved.
I’m nine months on LCHF now having lost 76 lbs. (35 kg), with no exercise. However, I am planning to start some free weights hoping to add a few pounds of muscle, and increase metabolism some.
I feel better, leg swelling reduced, snoring and sleep apnea gone, lipids, BP, glucose all normal. I enjoy eating like this with little to no hunger. Very happy with the health/weight improvement.
Your video was the beginning of my awareness and commitment to LCHF.
