Pulled Pork Afelia

Pulled pork is very popular. The name is derived from the fact that the meat is cooked for a long time over very low heat, and when it’s ready to eat it’s literally pulled apart by using a couple of forks. The meat is cooked so tender that it readily falls from the bone and shreds very easily into threads.
