Happy Easter!

Easter is the perfect time for eating eggs in various forms, and eggs are the perfect low-carb food. Let yourself be inspired by these amazing low-carb egg recipes!

Oh, and by the way – how many eggs can you eat, considering your cholesterol? I’ll give you my usual answer. You should probably not eat more than 36 eggs, per day. But should you wish to eat fewer eggs that’s OK too.
