Classic Bacon and Eggs


A classic low-carb breakfast that never gets old. Here with fried cherry tomatoes and herb spices. Eat as many eggs as you need to feel satisfied.

Choose your bacon carefully – preferably organic and with as few additives as possible.

Difficulty: Easy
Cooking time: 10 min.
Preparation time: 5 min.

Ingredients, 4 servings

8 eggs
8 thin strips of bacon
cherry tomatoes, optional
fresh herbs


Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy and put aside on a plate.

Fry the eggs in the bacon grease any way you like them. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and fry them at the same time.

Season with salt and pepper.
