Four pork shoulder chops 1¼ lbs (700 g)
2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
4 tablespoons red pesto
6 tablespoons (homemade mayonnaise)
Rub the pork shoulder chops with pesto and fry on medium heat in butter or oil for 8 minutes and let simmer for 4 more minutes on low heat.
Serve with pesto mayonnaise. Mix 1–2 tablespoons pesto with 6 tablespoons mayonnaise.
