This is an easy to do exercise to improve your shoulder range of motion. For this exercise roll the ball up the wall until you feel a stretch and then hold it for 10 seconds. Repeat about 10 times. This is safe to perform if you are still limited after rotator cuff surgery, suffering from arthritis, have impingement, frozen shoulder or any other causes of shoulder pain.
